Shipping and return policy

Shipping:

We ship within the United States, Panamá and to selected international locations. Please see our website for information on applicable countries and shipping rates.
We strive to process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe, generally domestic orders take 2-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-30 business days from confirmation of payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and other external factors. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs:

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight and other relevant factors.
During the checkout process, you will be shown the applicable shipping costs before finalizing your order.

Shipment Tracking:

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package once it has been shipped.
We recommend that you track the status of your shipment through the appropriate shipping service provider.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of the product, as long as it complies with our return policies.

Order number.
Reason for return or exchange.
Detailed description of the product and its condition.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise determined due to our error or a defective product.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process the refund or ship the exchange product, as appropriate.

Exclusions:

Some customized products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are printing errors or obvious damage. Please refer to the product description and contact us for more information.
